The Clinic accepts Cigna insurance and also direct bills most other insurance plans for “out of network” benefits.

Cigna members: If you would like to use your Cigna benefits, please select the corresponding “CIGNA” appointment type below. If you don’t see a CIGNA option for your desired service, please call the scheduling team at 415-843-1523, ext 0.

Non-Cigna: If you do not plan on using insurance or are using “out of network” benefits, please select the corresponding appointment below that does not include a Cigna designation.
